(or will or may) exist in a pleasant immor-
tality -if- ____.

The ____: Varies from religion to religion.

The threat: If you don't believe in or follow
____, a pleasant immortality is either
unlikely or impossible. Point in fact, in
many religions, if you don't believe in or
follow ____, you are threatened with
either death, resurrection/judgement/
torment and a quick death (like in a lake
of fire or some other scare tactic), and/or
immortal torment.

The result: Humankind, most, trapped in
religious myth, believing in or following
____, oft-times mindlessly, blindly,
willingly, with freethought/doubt/disbe-
lief disdained, seduced/scared into blind
faith from childhood, seduced/scared
into blind faith via social/cultural influ-
ences which treat religion as a "net good"
and "possible or probable Truth" rather
than as "myth" and as "unsupported/
unsupportable contradictory claims
free of evidence".

God: A noun, a name, used by humans in
all sorts of ways, to make promises, to
seduce, to threaten, to claim. Attributions
include creator, intelligent designer, all
powerful, all knowing, all loving, condemn-
ing, punishing, good, killer, saving, immor-
tality (pleasant) providing -if- ____, immor-
tality (unpleasant) or death providing -if-
you don't believe in or follow ____.

God: A tool used by humans for human ends,
the primary one being perpetuation of the
religious meme (usually, a particular version
favored by the society/culture one lives in,
or, if rebellion is in the air, one favored by
a group deviating from the one followed by
most).

Think about it, is this really the best way to live
one's life, is this really the best that humankind
can do in this, our one and only *certain* chance
at it?
