Why Promote Freedom From Faith?

From time to time, discussions arise regarding
the whys and wherefores behind the efforts of
pro-human folks who are free of faith and who
have a strong interest in helping those who have
not yet found a path to peace, joy, and happiness
that mates to non-faith.

We, the pro-human pro-free-speech folks of the
disbelief community, bother to take the time and
make the effort to connect with the faithful in order
to help people live free, seek verity, and live out
their one and only sure shot at life in a full and
meaningful manner, for the good of the many and
the now, with respect to the truth of whatever
ultimate destiny nature has provided us with.

Logic and evidence are steps helpful in bringing
the devout to a stage of awareness which many/
most have been brainwashed to avoid by their
authoritarian and social/cultural influences (mostly,
their church philosophies and biblical threats).

We threaten no one, not now, not ever.

If one wishes to believe that fearing invisible beings
is good, one should not be surprised when disbe-
lievers offer them a more rational path to peace.

If one wishes to fear that not believing in an invisible
being risks eternal damnation/torment, one should
not be amazed or perturbed that disbelievers have
a path to living that's more pro-human, sane, and
free of threats.

Some of faith are unable to escape, but the good
news is that with a steady and pro-human approach,
the ones who are reached and their children and us,
humankind, are the benefactors.

By living a life free of slavery to imaginary beings,
humans can fully appreciate the certain and the now,
rather than living for worship of authority and fear
and deception which often excuses or dismisses
aspects of anti-humanism that serve only to diminish
our one sure shot at life, on this earth, at this time.

Most of all, pro-human folks of non-faith promote
freedom from faith for the children and the future,
for to break the cycle of brainwashing from one
generation to the next, some generation (ours, the
next one, a succeeding one) must have the courage
and 'the way' which works.

In trying to provide a better way to live, pro-human
disbelievers are slowly but surely succeeding in that
steady effort to free humankind, once and for all,
from the shackles of slavery to blind faith in beings
that, in fact, exist only in the human imagination.

It's up to pro-human disbelievers to carry the torch
of pro-humanism and freedom and lead those who
are 'doubtful and distanced about non-faith' to the
light of a truly pro-human/pro-children existence.

That existence in this, our one and only sure shot
at it, can be/should be free of slavery to anti-human
'magic beings' that were created by ancient societies
to explain a world in which 'make believe' was treated
as the de facto standard to be followed 'or else'.

For those of you inspired to become pro-human
disbelievers, supporting pleasure, joy, happiness,
and seeking verity, be proud, strong, and brave, and
know that in trying to provide humankind a better way,
a more pro-human way, you will be living a life worthy
of admiration and full of hope for the best that human-
kind can be.
